Discussion: rocky footing...

After much misery in past, I finally recalled that fact...Blue Hills & West Point did my feet in in past...bought trail shoes this spring with additional sole insert & it has made a world of difference. Would no longer use O shoes unless the terrain was 'soft.' The area just east of Mountain Top campus had 300 m of the rockiest ground I've encountered - which I ran twice since I went to 4 before 3 on green x.
