So you did 200 metres in 10mins then 300 metres in 10mins and you were struggling ;-)
not explained well - had to do as many 200m as could (running them in 31 - 33) in 10 minutes, then as many 300m as could in 10 minutes. We got to chose our own recovery but were aiming for 10 -11 200m and 7 300m.
Level 3 intensity - that's impressive.
