they're pretty bloody powerful things... shame they often have such powerful side effects too!
telecoms engineers keep the side effects (ie interference in neighbouring frequency bands from harmonics created in the modulation onto high frequency carriers) at (virtually!) zero, why can't stoopid medical doctors do the same? its not like we dont pay the drug companies enough to develop decent medicine ;)
