Discussion: 2023 Billygoat

NEOC is considering offering the 2023 Billygoat (on the traditional Mother's Day, May 14, 2023) at Willard Brook State Forest--there's plenty of that (used-once) new map that you haven't visited.

If you have thoughts, competing ideas, etc please feel free to share at this year's event.

Getting a definitive sanction from the shadowy (defunct?) Billygoat Steering Committee is never easy...

Well, the most active emeritus member of that committee thinks it's an excellent idea. Announce it and go!
