Discussion: Glue for Bike Boxes

Reaching out to the community! I have been testing a number of different glues, even had a go at plastic welding and nothing is holding as well as I would hope on test pieces. Any good glue advice out there?

I used Gorilla Glue for my joints but they are also riveted.

Thanks JayXC! Did you put plastic washers behind the rivets to prevent them pulling through?

Yes, they were 3/16" rivets and washers

+1 for gorilla glue. it was clear/made for plastic. it expands quite a bit so getting the amount correct is tricky/takes practice. we also used metal washers.
