I'll be bringing a large collection of (generally gently used) orienteering and miscellaneous sportswear to the event this weekend. It is all in need of a new home. Orienteers would be the best new parents.
The collection includes O tops, O pants, tall socks, tech t-shirts, Inov-8 shoes, and a sandbag with parachute attached. Most clothing items are men's medium or women's large sizes, with some exceptions, and the shoes are men's 8.5-9. The sandbag is 15lb.
If practical I'll try to have the stuff available for browsing and taking before and after my runs at the event parking. I'll also have it before and after the OUSA board meeting at Eddy's Resort. Whatever's left at the end of the weekend will be donated at whatever clothing donation center I find, and that might mean a lot of it (some of it is new or barely used!) ends up as trash. Help this stuff get some healthy reuse!
What size is the parachute?
Approximately 5ft. Some rips. Appears to have been used heavily.
Are there any rainbow socks in the mix?
There are some colorful tall socks, though not THE rainbow socks.
OK, I would love to claim some tall & colorful socks, even if not the rainbows. :-)
The free stuff was beyond excellent.
There’s still a lot of excellent stuff left!
