Hey Miss B, what's your fav stabilisation exercise? I could do with a few hints. Any plans to come to Europe this year?
many plans for heading euro-side in 2008! hopefully woc in czech, but I'll have to start running a bit better before then!
for stabilisation exercises bec's been getting me to do one leg squats on a half-swiss ball thing and on a wobble-pad thing.
