My brother and his partner felt so awful the day after that they went for a Covid test. This was before Gen X discovered that AZ vaccine hangovers were pretty common. Congratulations!
Oh I could totally see someone thinking it was Covid, I would have been super scared about that. I've had about 6 Covid tests and they have not been fun!
Experienced the same thing.
I think it is about 50/50 on the reaction from what I've heard.
I actually consider some sort of mild reaction a good thing, taking it to indicate that the immune system has been triggered to get working on building up defences against COVID...
I had Pfizer. Was a bit tired (and sore arm) the day after, but nothing too crazy. I'm told the second dose tends to elicit a slightly stronger reaction, but I likely won't get the opportunity to find out for another couple months yet.
Ok just had the first dose AZ bender and now we see if the hangover kicks in
'Bent is booking the day off after his 2nd Moderna. A lot of dentists have felt really awful at work after Shot #2. If they get even a single symptom on the Covid screening checklist, they're not allowed into the building anyway.
Congrats, everyone!
My Pfizer #2 is ~3 hours away! I'm a little nervous as to how I'm going to feel tomorrow, but whatever it is, it'll be worth it.
5.5 hours later, and I'm tired. But I just did toddler bedtime, so I'm always tired.
