Take my advice from experience. Let your body rest now so it doesn't turn into a long-term issue.
You've been doing excellent training. That won't disappear during a rest that your body needs.
Thanks, rest makes sense logically and in the big picture, but it gets hard to actually follow through on the rest in the moment.
Oh yeah, I know that feeling. And I regret continue to push through the pain.
Just hammer it in other activities that don't hurt.
