wearing a jacket at 28F ... too warm

KFish had no prob wearing his cycling jacket ...

He has significantly less insulation!

I generally think down to 32 is t shirt weather if running, but chickened out. :(

Given the sun, I probably would have been fine without the jacket, but was not too warm with it. That may have been a different story if they had actually submerged the pier control... but I have learned pockets are helpful for XO!
