LOL, OMG, I forgot to fix these! So, despite my attempts to "recalibrate" my Garmin, it keeps thinking I'm WAAAYYYY too fast on the treadmill. )I was in PA for a family event and relegated to morning treadmill workouts.)

My ACTUAL pace was closer to 9:00....
