I have also learnt to be thankful for every decent run I manage to get under my belt. You just never know do you.
Congrats! Delighted you are even stronger than in the summer!
Totally know how you feel. I am so glad you can run and race again. I am wondering how long my feet will hold up, but until then I am enjoying still being able to run (especially when in the mountains).
I am also appreciative ... nice to have a good friend running well :-).
Nice to hear you´re in decent running shape again. It certainly is a valuable part of life to be able to get out and run (or jog or walk) without pain.
I´m "running" (against doctors orders) once a week with my new knee, but the days of competing against others are past - I´m happy just to get out on a map.
This is great Boris! Happy for you!
I've been following your log ever since we joined forces in the 2009 MoboGoGlobo (cell-O). I'm glad you have a great appreciation for being healthy and running. I starting having a knee problem at age 33 and am now almost 41 and have not been running for about 5years. I miss running every single day and I really miss orienteering. I'm glad you have been able to recover from serious injuries and keep on running. Enjoy it!
