Yeah, I was actually glad not to see you at the Highlander. It was really rocky and blueberry-y...not good ankle material. Sorry to hear the Blue Hills were not so helpful, either.
What do you do to stay in shape when you're not running? I was lucky to have a good high school swim coach (I was in the slow lane every year because I only swam to stay in shape for soccer). I will be forever grateful he taught me how to train myself to stay fit in the water, which is so forgiving to injury recovery...
Hope you manage to recover soon! and hopefully you'll move on from this ankle twisting fad ;)
I sadly do not have access to a pool or I would swim. My plan for now is just to do strength for a few days and when it is a bit better to test out biking. I definitely will be taking some time off from running to let it heal a bit. I think that it won't hurt by the Older Dash so the goal is to get through that weekend without rerolling it.
