Back in the 1990s I competed in a triathlon going by some of that San Francisco terrain (Escape From Alcatraz). Looking forward to the return.

We are also having a sprint relay at the US Nationals this September. Registration is now open for three days in the Santa Cruz Mountains and Cabrillo College.
