I think I’m not understanding something with the paces and goal times, because only the A makes sense.
I think I was thinking about this when I was running yesterday, which meant that it wasn't fully thought-through.
So, goal times are 2:55, 2:59, 3:03. Those equate to 6:40, 6:50, 7:00 (give or take). Which means I can run 15 seconds slower than I did yesterday and still hit the reach goal.
3:03:05 is my personal worst (at least in the Attackpoint era/this decade, and in non-snow weather). Shooting to better that, at least.
Ok they make sense now. I thought 6:30 to 7:10 (or whatever it was) seemed like a pretty wide range.
