The visual of you gutting out this "awesome" run. Isn't it great how the pain always comes as far away from the car as possible?

This was a completely avoidable sufferfest. I know better than to make big jumps on running workouts like this and expect it to go well. It didn't when I was 24. Sure as hell won't when I'm 42!

Thankfully there seems to be no serious lasting ankle issues which is what had me the most worried.

And glad to know that images of me suffering could provide a little entertainment for someone at least!
