Discussion: Hello Stranger

Today my second run. Beaten by Gavin in first 2 events. Too slow!

I have a resolution to run 500 km by the end of the year. at the moment, its looking bleak :/

I am going to try do 2km a day to start with and see how it goes.

I managed 624 last year with almost no running in December. My year has also started off badly with 12 km in January! I set my goal at 1000 so I will have to step up my game. Must do some 10 km races for motivation.
