Looking at that map in RG, it is OMG
Likely the shittiest place in DVOA area. Gloomy, boring.
They have much nicer areas, say Hickory Run.

it all depend on a perspective, I see it as a nice cross-country running terrain, and DVOA was great to make a very good and precise map of it.

For anyone who can appreciate the sublime, Fair Hill is a delight. To an orienteer and an athlete, the intersectionality of sky, grass, and forest induces profound frisson. To those who can't appreciate the aesthetic or who are not able to enjoy the sense of running like a deer, there is always Norilsk. I recommend that highly to anyone in that situation as a good alternative.
