It's worked out pretty well. Focussing on navigating and running hard when the nav. is easy has worked well recently.
I've had some very timely good runs at two big races this year: the US Night O' Champs and the Highlander, which you DNFed & DNSed. Perhaps we have to average out to a reasonable result?
I think if I go to some other important event that you aren't going to, I should register you anyway, so I get that opposite-like effect. :)
