33 is on low side. If I run consistently (ie daily) it's usually upper 30s on average. I also tend to record the lowest rhr (same for weight) I see during the day, so often my early am recording will be superseded by a lower one later on, particularly if I do a quality run, then have opportunity to kick back a few hours later. If I run, then am on the go the rest of the day I don't usually get the really low readings. And I don't tend to get low readings late in the day after dinner either..

Of course I'm using the garmin hr feature for this, so there could certainly be some flake factor there too...
