Might want to pass this on to the USMAOC crowd likely to be interested in JWOC, as they'll need to be selected to the Junior National Team to be considered: http://www.attackpoint.org/discussionthread.jsp/me.... Application deadline is 20 Jan.
Junior Development Team is a good option for new team members, even if they may not be able to make the JWOC team this year. Great way to get tied in with the rest of the US Juniors, and some good coaching resources here. I hope to see something like this develop for the Senior Development Team in the future, but OUSA's focus for now is on developing juniors.
Looking at the schedule, I would recommend asking Erin to add O Winter Weekend to the Junior Team's Training Camp list and opening it up to juniors beyond USMAOC if possible.
