I know you know your limitations, and this may be old news to you, but I thought of you and your journey on reading this article.

Have read this article before and enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing again. It's an arena (the yoga of pain and pushing through pain) I'm familiar with, but thankfully wise enough to have avoided for the most part. I've taken classes the author of the following article you might enjoy:

A quote from above article I like: "If you move with the simplicity and curiosity of a small child, you’re unlikely to hurt yourself."

I'll read that article. I like the basic yoga class at our Y which is mostly stretching, none held too long. I really like the Pilates mat class which sometimes throws in some yoga but nothing crazy. :-)

When we move in December it will be tough making the change to different instructors, but we'll look around.
