Thanks. Did get a little lucky with the course layout. No long treks, not even the "6 hour race version" of long. Lots of drop the bike, run to point(s), run back to bike. I still need to get a little better range of motion before I'll feel super good about an all day trek, but I'm not far off.

I overly dorsiflexed (not sure if that's a word) once and it hurt like heck, but no damage done. Just forced breakup of scar tissue. Ice and a day of rest and it feels better today than it did last Friday!

Yep, that skill is still strong with me. No racing for almost 9 months and I'm still able to stop within eyesight of a control for a map check...
