Discussion: National Meet 2016 Feedback

Thank you all for coming out to our meet! Results have been posted on AttackPoint and on the meet website. Finally, we welcome feedback about what you would like to see improved or continued for next year.

Thank you for a great meet, great weather (although you can't take all the credit for that ;) and for the flexibility and thoughtfulness when it came to the setup of the food fundraiser for the juniors.

Thank you, organizers! As always, I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the cadets. The finish for the sprint was really nicely located, with spectators. In comparison, the finish for the middle was not so :-)... personally, I decided to enjoy the stroll back but I was only running recreational and not concerned with the next start or conserving energy. Having food for sale was appreciated as well, as in past years.

Overall a great event. Some thought needs to be given to the logistics for white and yellow runners. The long walks to the start and from the finish at the Middle made it very difficult for families to assist younger orienteers. The long walk from the finish was also quite difficult for some of the older orienteers.
