CROSSROAD ORIENTEERING @ The Flying PIg
To Benefit the Team going to the World University Orienteering Championships in Miskolc, Hungary.
Please join the excitement on Saturday April 2nd from 1pm-5PM. The Crossroad Orienteering event will be set up for all to try. Courses will provide a range of complexity to challenge your map reading skills.
Suggested donations: $2/course or $5 for unlimited tries. No charge for Jr.s attending the training camp or youngsters.
Final Team members will be announced on April 4th.

The practice area map of Rentschler is now available for free download from the event info page

Printed copies of the map will also be available by Tuesday evening at the Courtyard by Marriott - Hamilton Riverfront Plaza.
Race details including final course lengths, climb, and a few additional notes have been updated.
Site detail (warm-up areas, finish, registration) have been added to the Locator Maps and Directions page
Weather forecast is for cold but dry through the weekend. After a rainy Thursday, rain should end by Friday morning. Temperatures will drop to near freezing at night. Friday's high could reach 60 (16C), but Sat will be cooler and Sun likely won't get above the mid 40's (7 or 8 C). Of course this is southwest Ohio, and the forecast can change quickly (and reality even more rapidly!) but for now we are hoping for a dry weekend.

Sprint maps will be printed at 1:5000.
The latest forecast has the rain slipping later into the week - 50% chance through Friday. Be prepared for the possibility of wet conditions.
