getting in shape for the climb?
Eh, kinda. I know I need to hike with weight more, but I can't find the time... Thinking about running with a lighter pack instead. Big difference between training for the Cassin alpine style and the west buttress slog, so I don't really know what to do.
Ya big difference ha. What about step-ups with a heavy pack?
I keep meaning to do that, but it sounds heinous...
