I suspect I may fall into the 'fat lady' category in terms of my ability but at least even I can usually overtake the people doing breaststroke :)

Be alert, not alarmed Clare. It will take a fair bit before I could actually like swimming, and my strong aversion to excessive race entry fees will prevent me from ever doing a triathlon.
