I find it easy to workout at home, because of the convenience. But I agree, it can get terribly boring. Maybe get some podcasts for the next time? Or turn up the stereo/TV real loud :)
I almost always have some book I'm listening to, but I just finished all the ones I had loaded on my mp3 player. I knew that if I sat down to load up some new ones it was more than likely that I would just bag the workout so I figured better to just get it done.
