Ah great to see back in the seat again. Yep every WEEKday I make myself go up there, and figure I certainly can spare 10 minutes to erg, and then do some exercises.
I think the erg is one of the best machines there is. You work on a several muscle groups, and you can go really hard if you are inclined, which I seldom am first thing in the morning.
