thought some folks might be keen to have a look at the training guide I've put out last week--training for AR is one of the hardest things to do because you need fitness across disciplines. The guide offers thoughts and schedules on how to use high intensity work to develop a high level of general fitness perfect for tackling AR, without much time investment. It's brutally hard, but effective. I'd love feedback as i'll continue to tweak the guide and update it with ideas from readers, etc.
