thought some folks might be keen to have a look at the training guide I've put out last week--training for AR is one of the hardest things to do because you need fitness across disciplines. The guide offers thoughts and schedules on how to use high intensity work to develop a high level of general fitness perfect for tackling AR, without much time investment. It's brutally hard, but effective. I'd love feedback as i'll continue to tweak the guide and update it with ideas from readers, etc. http://guides.co/t/TVRZMU5EVXNNQ3hoYVhSb2IzST0=

Thanks magn6494. I bought and read UltraMental a while ago. Definitely a change from the old classic approach. I've put a lot of hours into the high-volume approach and am guessing that my fitness may now respond more to higher intensity and less volume... I'll give it a try.

Was trying to find it through the search function as link is broken too.

Can anyone update the link to this or provide an alternative? It sounds interesting.
