I love the name of your shoes.

I was tempted to buy those shoes. I think Neil did some padding on his shoes to help keep his feet from sliding as much.

I don't know if they are the same model, but I am quite fond of my Icebugs, and I second Neil. You did really well!

Thanks, everyone! This community is way too intimate (I love it!) when Gail knows that Neil pads his shoes (Neil, I knew you couldn't really be that tall).

JJ, I got the shoes discounted cause they were used once before and nicely broken in. The interesting thing is that Asiya was looking at the same coloured shoes that were a different size, and the Berman's got them mixed up and ended up giving us both a discount!

Self-adhesive felt padding, seems to work pretty well. I think it was someone on Cristinah's log that posted the idea prior.

I got my first ice bugs as very slightly used and marked down demos from an icebug rep at an A meet. They felt a little wide at first, but I've really liked them. Great for o and also indispensable for winter trail running.

It looks like you are getting good enough now that you can lead others to safety if need be. Just what risk did you think you would run if you were following me?

Sorry to miss you on Sunday. I had first start, and had to leave before most of the folks were coming in. See you next time.

I thought I might get a case of Charlie-itis :-)
