Split 10-11 tells a story

Not sure how we can stop people crossing out of bounds areas, it's totally impractical having marshalls on low key events. There's a few discrepancies on 13 to 14 as well.

SI on the ground to make it difficult for the reach overs? A discrete word to the more prominent offenders?

For the reach overs, just position it so they can't.
Time bonus for dobbers ?
Feeling better about my time wrt to the winner and a few others having looked at their splits.

Maybe we'll catch a heap at the NOL and stamp it out

Without marshals it's probably best to avoid having the control where they can cheat. We are restricted at SOP by not being able to secure anything to any vegetation so that rules out a veg boundary, eg. Looked a very good course otherwise. Perhaps we need to start warning people as we catch them in the act. The 2013 BF Sprints at Syd Uni we had one guy go through the OOB courtyard, get DQ, then he claimed he didn't and got reinstated - yet several people saw him run through there.
