What started as a strength training session quickly became a "trying to set up my new Ironman watch as an interval timer" session. I've had the same watch model for years - or so I thought - so it should have been easy. This was followed by a brief "moping because I bought the wrong watch model" session. Then it became a "checking out the App Store for interval timers" session. And then it was time to eat 'Bent's awesome pizza so the moment was lost.
