On a tip from abiperk I headed over to the Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education. It's main gate is closed and while there's a small parking area with direct access and lots of parking around the corner at some ball fields people must just be less aware of the park and it's since I only saw two (or was it three - can't remember) people while out on the trails. So a very nice alternative to the Wissahickon. And I can always drive over if the walk to and from on busy streets gets to be annoying.

Tried to hike around most trails without covering anything twice but did redo two small sections.

Almost binged on a big bowl of cereal last night, but knowing I would post my weight today helped me pour the cereal back in the box and have a cup of tea instead.

Some Peleton workouts - 20mins cardio, 20mins upper body, 20 mins lower body plus a bit of stretching. Unfortunately I picked a bunch that had a lot of knee stuff so I was modifying like crazy which is fine but it's better when I don't feel like I have to. I like doing new workouts each time but it does mean it is hit or miss as to whether it will be things I can do without stressing my knees too much.
