Almost binged on a big bowl of cereal last night, but knowing I would post my weight today helped me pour the cereal back in the box and have a cup of tea instead.

Some Peleton workouts - 20mins cardio, 20mins upper body, 20 mins lower body plus a bit of stretching. Unfortunately I picked a bunch that had a lot of knee stuff so I was modifying like crazy which is fine but it's better when I don't feel like I have to. I like doing new workouts each time but it does mean it is hit or miss as to whether it will be things I can do without stressing my knees too much.
