Warm up, stretch, bike, ski erg
Typical workout with Adam
Then tried some exercises to increase range of motion and strength during the recovery swing after poling. Already do a lot to improve the poling power stroke. But while it doesn't seem like much, but poles get heavy after lifting them forward for 3 hours.

Bunch of shoveling on the upper trails to cover bare edges and mashed it in with the snowmobile. Then skied the fields, which are still fine. Will dump a couple loads of snow tomorrow to clean up thin spots.
