Knee was feeling good after an AM squat session, so headed out for an X-League in the afternoon to see how a double session would feel.
Success! I'm still conscious there are issues down there, but the sharp pain on extension is now just mild discomfort (at best).
The magic bullet seems to have been pilates. Though to be honest, what we do there is very similar to the exercises my physio prescribes - but it's like I'm trapped in a room and forced to do them for 45 mins.
