SSR with JVD.
Once I asked Jack to dial it back I was having a blast. Such a beautiful day in the woods. Changed our initial plan a few times after some bobbles but considering our goal of having fun and getting a long run in, we were both happy. Lucky to have supportive friends that will run with me in the woods! Sounds like we covered 16km and change and climbed 312m. Yowza.
