Orienteering 13:50 [3]

QB3- Day 1. I was happy with this run but it definitely could have been better. Unfortunately I didn't tie my shoes tight enough so I had to stop and put my shoe on the way to 3 (15sec). I wasn't clean enough through both the bearing controls both going into no.4 and no.5 (5 sec each).

Schools Trial Race @ Kowen Forest. Felt like I was back to pre surgery form in terms of running. Still struggling on jumping down really steep descents though. Clean until 3 then messes it up by going to the wrong clearing. Heasitated going into 7 and last control

Since I had time kill, I ran R3 with the aim of being as straight as possible through the pines. I was fine until the second last control before the control pick. I attempted to do the control pick as quickly as I could and nailed the navigation.
