Went for a orienteering session with short middle distance legs. Wasn't very happy with the way I navigated and often spent time confirming I was in the right place. Some of the stuff that I navigated off was quite vague. The most annoying thing was that some of the termite mounds were only about 2.5 cm
Running race (Park Run) 20:59 [5] 5.0 km (4:12 / km) +80m3:53 / km
Went to the Ginderra park run. Really enjoyed running with other people. Set a new personal best but that was largely because I just stuck behind a few good runners. Was very happy with the way I paced myself with a slowish start and settling into a small pack at about 2ks which I stayed with until 4 ks. Then the person I was running with went slowly down the climb from the bridge so I pulled away. Goal for the next year is to drop this time to under 20.00
