Orienteering race (Long) 1:44:29 [3] *** 9.6 km (10:53 / km) +475m 8:44 / km
spiked:9/19c shoes: Inov-8 Xtalon

Started off okay but lost time going to 4 and 5. On the running legs (5-6 and 7-8) took alright route choices but was slow running them losing 5mins on the second of those. Saw Liam and Thomas going to 8 so pushed hard and wasn't far behind until lost major time on 12 and had lots of people pass me. Was alright navigating for the last 6 controls but very slow and unmotivated.

Orienteering race (Sprint) 18:48 [5] *** 2.12 km (8:53 / km)
spiked:11/18c shoes: Inov-8 Xtalon

Started in the forest and was to hesitant and therefore lost time over the first 4 controls, especially number 2 which was a bad route choice. Pulled it back in the first half of the urban area but hit a dead end going to 12 so lost another minute there. Overall came 6th which wasn't bad but not great either.

Orienteering race (Middle ) 42:17 [3] ***** 4.34 km (9:45 / km)
spiked:7/19c shoes: Inov-8 Xtalon

Very very bad start. Lost 7 mins over the first 4 controls. Was way to hesitant and didn't have any conviction in the running. In the forest went alright but still losing time.
