Had a 400m race at school for sports day. This was run a week before sports day so that there was not 10 running events on sports day.

I didn't really run that fast at all, I had not trained for it, just for fun really.
I ended up coming 2nd by one second.

Another Athletics training session, mainly did javelin because it was way too hot and my asthma was playing up a bit but I did do a set of 100, 200m intervals.

A very hot run at morialta, we did a shorter run tonight because of the heat.
My leg screwed up again right at the last hilly section. im really hoping it will be fine over the NOL weekend..
