Beresford to Jesse Ketchum park
Knees (both) started to hurt at the end of this ride... argh argh

very tired and carefull way back, knee were not good. Will be looking into the syndrome femoro-patellaire ... see what is cause/ and can be done to help.

Soccer 15:00 [3]

Yep, sadly i played about 15 min of this game. I had felt a quad stretch during the crossfit work out, so about 5min in, i pulled it good and I was out.
I only went on the field here and there to releve others when they really needed it.
So... nursing a few little bobos!
Tomorrow is a rest day.

right knee hurting a little so i stayed in walking mode.
Then,... we walked all over town for a marvelous date nigth! :)

Right knee still a little banjaxed from the race. So this was a run/walk.
I would walk as soon as I felt even the slightness pain.
Just trying to be safe.

Cross training 17:58 [5]

Actually went to Academy of Lions to train with people! ( lacking social contact at the lab...)

Metcon was:
[ 400m run
21 kettlebell snatchs @12kilo (i could have done 16)
12 push press @ 55lbs ]
x4

I managed in 17:58 -- felt knee only slightly on the run, and struggled hard with the push-press (but finished in the top of the bunch and first woman by far ... so pretty happy)

arrgh little mountain lion roared.

Cross training 25:00 [3]

Lifting:
did bench press series up to our 80% max:
I did not know what my max was, but i ended up doing series of 90lbs x 3
I think I could have done slightly more, but who knows.

+10 push ups

walking out to MEC - return life jacket - walk out to University Street

Arrived home looking forward to a good sleep... but life took over, and the carbon monoxide alarms went off, ... we had to vacate the house.
Firetrucks and everything. Co2 levels where high and it was coming from the water tank.
So I got my camping gear, mat and sleeping bag and slept out on the front lawn! hahah
Not the best night rest after a race. Went to work on monday but was pretty useless! hahah
