Right knee still a little banjaxed from the race. So this was a run/walk.
I would walk as soon as I felt even the slightness pain.

Actually went to Academy of Lions to train with people! ( lacking social contact at the lab...)
Metcon was:

21 kettlebell snatchs @12kilo (i could have done 16)
12 push press @ 55lbs ]

I managed in 17:58 -- felt knee only slightly on the run, and struggled hard with the push-press (but finished in the top of the bunch and first woman by far ... so pretty happy)

did bench press series up to our 80% max:
I did not know what my max was, but i ended up doing series of 90lbs x 3
I think I could have done slightly more, but who knows.
