Middle course. Ran fairly hard and rolled through it well, just missed a little on 2 or 3 controls.

First O in Norway. Fun terrain.

Epic alpine run with Matt. Snow and mountains were the themes.

Bit of an explore after a 10 hour car trip. Found ourselves a couple of waterfalls, some snow and a bunch of marsh.

30/30 tempo to sharpen up a bit. The recoveries seemed to slow a bit but pushed through to crack 3k
