Running warm up/down 10:00 [3]

Sussing some lines out of the start

Orienteering race 1:23:13 [5] 14.5 km (5:44 / km)

Jukola, 1st leg. Team finished 98th, 20th leg position.
Had bib number 1485 so was told to treat the first 20 mins as the whole race then try to hold on. Overtook as many as I could on the road to the start, then kept steadily reeling more in to the first common control, after that it started to spread out a bit more. Kept flowing well, had a good balance of map contact and pack speed.
Around halfway I started to see the big guns, so just picked the forkings and let them do the work. Started to really suffer near the end, let Wingstedt get past me at a drinks stop where at the time I felt like I needed three cups.
The finish was really cool, a big crowd and a cool chute, just snuck past Yannik to take 20th. Stoked.
Afterwards though I started feeling really sore and getting the shakes, I had a bit of a sore throat during the day, but obviously jacked up on enough caffeine and adrenaline not to notice it. Hit me hard later on.

Chilled trail run in nĂ¥sten. Gonna miss the forest.

Running warm up/down 32:02 [3] 6.5 km (4:56 / km)

Trail Running intervals 27:30 [5] 6.1 km (4:30 / km)

Linne intervals in stadsskogen, 3x3min, 4x2min all with 90sec rest. All the small rises took it out of me but I finished feeling OK. Didn't warm down after the middle and no run tomorrow so started feeling really stiff and flat.

Felt really tired today, maybe because of poor nutrition and sleep over the weekend, so took it easy at home.
