Solid run round kings park, back felt fine which was a relief.

Easy run round lake monger long loop. Left part of back felt a bit stiff initially but settled down.

Back was a bit stiff after the weekend, other recovered without any troubles, but now I have a 4 day rest period before easing back into running.
