Felt sore and tight after volleyball in the morning and squash in the afternoon, but went for a run anyway. Felt average warming up then surprisingly good during the intervals, but then on the warm down i started cramping up for the first time ever while running, and still feel a bit sore now after a good stretch.

90 min training session before school, logged the 50 mins when i would have been playing. The start of a long day.
Squash 30:00 [3]
A few games at school rec. Lost the first two to average players, then lifted my game to win against some better players before playing a fairly dominant state tennis player. Had 4 match points with 20-16 but played pretty much the opposite of clutch and lost 24-22. Legs were shredded
