Easy run round kings park, glutes sore to start off with but were getting back to normal by then end

Easy run round the lake, legs super tight after yesterday.

Running warm up/down 30:00 [3]

Felt sore and tight after volleyball in the morning and squash in the afternoon, but went for a run anyway. Felt average warming up then surprisingly good during the intervals, but then on the warm down i started cramping up for the first time ever while running, and still feel a bit sore now after a good stretch.

600, 800, 1000, 800, 600 at 3:20 pace
Felt pleasantly comfortable

Volleyball 50:00 [3]

90 min training session before school, logged the 50 mins when i would have been playing. The start of a long day.

Squash 30:00 [3]

A few games at school rec. Lost the first two to average players, then lifted my game to win against some better players before playing a fairly dominant state tennis player. Had 4 match points with 20-16 but played pretty much the opposite of clutch and lost 24-22. Legs were shredded
