Planned a run round kings park but didnt get home till later than expected so it was far too dark for kings park. Ran down the thomas street round rosalie then back through the burbs instead

Felt really average on the warm up and was considering just doing a recovery today, but stuck with it and was pleasantly surprised with how cruisy it felt.
