Guess who's back, back again...

Yes! It's irregular heart rhythm!



Apparently 40% of people with flutter eventually end up with AFIB (or vice versa).

Getting a 30 day heart monitor and a sleep check referral, but...no activity restrictions...specifically mentioned the six hour race and good to go. Follow up with cardiologist when log is available. PA was nice.

Background...zero incidents in the prior 18 months, then last Tuesday I felt off and unusually powerless, used Apple Watch ECG, said AFIB, and irregularity was detectable with finger-on-neck pulse check as well. That lasted like an hour and a half, nothing since, but figured it was worth pursuing.
