I felt like I had a lot more pep than on previous rides. Near PR for Green, including brief stops for my riding partner's soft sandy low side (no harm done) and some gear shuffling.
If I get some more speed back, that makes triple green and double Poto potentially staples of 2019 training (since the time would be 3 ish hours), which would be massive compared to old days. Then maybe do alternating weekends of long single track with really long gravel or pavement.
